NextGen Team Realty VIP is a full service designed to help agents focus on growing their business. Administrative work is handled by the back office admin team. Back office will provide all QA Services plus all other tasks to facilitate the sale and escrow closure including but not limited to:
Coordinate with Escrow
Drop off EMD to Escrow
Follow up with agent and Seller/Buyer to sign all RE disclosure
Escrow Instruction, Loan Docs, All QA function, Coordinate and set Open House date
Set Showing houses appointment, Coordinate title for Preliminary, Create Brochure, Coordinate photographer, Order termite report, Coordinate with Loan Officer on status of the loan, Order termite work for clearance, Coordinate termite clearance to send to escrow.
All RE process procedures.
